Adecco US, Inc. is partnering with a client in Newark, DE to hire Weekend TIG Welders. The role is a weekend shift, Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch and an 18-month contract that could convert.
Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus ($500 paid at 30, 60, and 90 days), and a 15% differential. Welding skills in TIG, stick, and MIG are required along with safety and mechanical aptitude.

Pay: $25–$28/hour (DOE) + 15% differential
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 ($500 paid at 30, 60, and 90 days)
Reading/interpreting work instructions.
Performing TIG, stick, and MIG welding in multiple positions.
Operating welding equipment and hoists.
Following safety protocols and maintaining equipment.
Fabricating components for solid oxide fuel cell generators.
Minimum 1 year TIG welding experience (DC, AC, pulsed), stick welding, and Oxy-Acetylene.
Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
Welding certification preferred.
Mechanical skills and ability to use shop tools/equipment.
High school diploma or GED.
$25.00 to $28.00 per hour
