Website & Digital Experience Manager (m/w/d)

As the Website & Digital Experience Manager (m/w/d) for Genesis Motor Europe, you will focus on regional optimization and innovative projects related to the brand’s website. Central to the positioning of Genesis within the market, this role will work across regional and global teams to manage website improvement and expansion projects across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital projects primarily focusing on the Genesis web platform, including the Pan‑European Car Configurator.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to oversee all projects across Europe.
• Conduct user testing, competitor benchmarking, and journey mapping to enhance customer interaction.
• Be the main contact point for all stakeholders and cross‑brand teams to align digital strategies and initiatives.
• Utilize web analytics tools to evaluate user interactions and coordinate content enhancements with brand, PR, and content teams.
• Design data‑driven web experiences using CRM/CDP and integrating digital strategy with business goals.
• Bring innovative ideas to life to aid in the digital experience of customers interacting with the Genesis brand.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree within Business, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Full digital project management experience including budgeting, establishing timelines, and implementation.
• Automotive industry experience and understanding of AEM‑based online Car Configurator.
• Proficient in web development and performance tools (SEO, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau).
• Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
