Knuspr is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to help new colleagues settle in quickly, learn the job, and grow into confident performers. This role blends onboarding, coaching, and culture-building to keep warehouse teams cohesive and efficient.

You will shape team culture on the warehouse floor, collaborate with managers on development, and support both newcomers and existing staff with guidance and clear expectations.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of training experience in warehouse or operations.
• Strong communicator with a natural ability to work with people.
• Calm, fair, and capable of quick decision-making under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate onboarding for new warehouse employees.
• Train staff across different warehouse departments and processes.
• Develop and improve training materials and methods.
• Provide regular feedback and motivate staff to improve performance.
• Identify learning needs and craft practical improvement plans.
• Ensure warehouse rules and processes are followed.
• Collaborate with managers on training progress and development.
• Introduce new processes and ensure teams understand them.

What you’ll do

You’ll be responsible for helping warehouse employees learn, improve and succeed in daily operations.

You will:

• Coordinate onboarding for new warehouse employees
• Train employees across different warehouse departments and processes
• Support the creation and improvement of training materials and methods
• Give regular feedback, motivate people and help them improve performance
• Identify where individuals need more support and create practical improvement plans
• Check whether warehouse rules and processes are followed correctly
• Work closely with managers on training progress and employee development
• Help introduce new warehouse processes and make sure teams understand them
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements based on real needs
• Be the go-to person for everyday questions, support and guidance on the floor
• Act as a role model for Rohlik culture, teamwork and customer orientation

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of training experience; warehouse or operations background
• Open-minded, hands‑on and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communicator with a natural feel for working with people
• Calm under pressure and able to make quick, fair decisions

• Comfortable using apps, tools and new technologies
• Self‑starter who can work independently and get things done
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset, even in an operational role

Language requirements:

You need professional working proficiency in English or German. Additional foreign languages are a strong advantage.
