Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Proven leadership in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in inventory management and maintaining high accuracy levels.
• Knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations and warehouse compliance.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical and organizational leadership to the warehouse and logistics team.
• Ensure efficient flow of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Coordinate and supervise order picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy and improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor delivery schedules and shipping deadlines.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve warehouse and shipping discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Service, and external logistics providers.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to the team.

• Valid forklift certification.
