QCG Computer GmbH in Germany seeks an experienced Warehouse Operator to coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring safe, efficient material handling and timely storage. You will work closely with production, logistics and purchasing to prevent bottlenecks and maintain material readiness.

The role requires vocational training in logistics or similar, several years of hands-on warehouse experience, forklift license, and proficiency with ERP/WMS systems.

• Coordinate and execute daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe and timely material handling and storage.
• Track inventory levels in the warehouse, identify discrepancies and support cycle counts and stock checks.
• Receive, inspect, document and store incoming goods in line with internal quality standards.
• Assign and coordinate daily tasks for warehouse staff and actively support workflows on the shopfloor.
• Apply and follow warehouse processes and layouts to ensure efficiency, safety and material availability.
• Work closely with production, logistics and purchasing to ensure material readiness and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Follow and promote compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality regulations in daily operations.
• Support, guide and onboard warehouse employees in their day-to-day tasks on the shopfloor.
• Collect and provide operational data to support reporting, KPIs and documentation.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse operations or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of hands‑on experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience in coordinating daily tasks and guiding warehouse staff on the shopfloor.
• Good understanding of inventory management, material flow and day-to-day warehouse processes.
• Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems in an operational environment.
• Strong hands‑on mentality with a structured and reliable way of working.
• Must have a forklift license and driving experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues directly on the shopfloor.
• High awareness of safety, quality and process reliability in daily operations.
• Very good English and German skills, both spoken and written; Chinese language skills are a plus.
