Zusammenfassung

QCG Computer GmbH sucht eine/n MES-Spezialisten, der/die die MES-Systeme in der Fertigung betreut, Stammdaten pflegt und Störungen im Produktionsablauf schnell behebt.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktion, Engineering und IT zusammen, optimieren Prozesse, testen neue Herstellungsprozesse und unterstützen Data Analytics, um Transparenz, Effizienz und Entscheidungen zu verbessern.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Informationstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Manufacturing IT, MES-Systemen oder production-related Systemunterstützung.
• Gutes Verständnis von MES-Systemen und Produktionsprozessen.
• Erfahrung mit Systemkonfiguration, Datenpflege und Prozess-Workflow-Einrichtung.
• Fähigkeit zur Analyse von Produktionsvorfällen und Ableitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
• Grundkenntnisse in Abfrage und Analyse von Daten zur Produktionsunterstützung.
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil; Chinesisch Kenntnisse sind vorteilhaft.

• Configure, maintain and support the MES systems used in the production environment.
• Maintain and manage MES-related master data to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Support production operations by handling unexpected system- or process-related incidents on the production line.
• Design, implement and maintain rework processes and workflows within the MES system.
• Support the definition of new product manufacturing processes and continuously improve existing production flows.
• Perform shopfloor data queries and support data analysis to improve transparency, efficiency and decision-making.
• Contribute to system optimization and continuous improvement projects related to MES and manufacturing systems.
• Work closely with production, engineering and IT teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful project execution.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or university studies in computer engineering, computer science, information technology or a comparable field.
• More than two years of professional experience in manufacturing IT, MES systems or production-related system support.
• Solid understanding of MES systems and production processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with system configuration, data maintenance and process workflow setup.
• Ability to analyze production incidents, identify root causes and support effective corrective actions.
• Basic experience in data querying and analysis to support production and improvement initiatives.
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a production environment.
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written. German knowledge is a plus.
• Chinese language skills are considered a strong advantage.
