Zusammenfassung

kiutra is seeking a dedicated warehouse employee (f/m/d) in full time to join our growing, international team in Munich. In this deep-tech environment you will handle incoming goods, quality checks and stocking, and support production workflows.

Your duties include assembling core components and cryostats, following procedures, updating documentation, and supporting Assembly and QA teams. English skills, a hands-on mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in a relevant technical field (warehouse clerk, precision mechanic, electronics or mechatronics technician).
• Professional experience in warehouse operations.
• Professional experience in technical assembly.
• Hands-on, practical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Manage incoming goods, including unpacking, quality control and stocking.
• Prepare materials and components for production orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Accurately document quality issues or missing parts in a timely manner.
• Assemble core components and cryostats, performing mechanical and electrical tasks.
• Follow procedures and workflows, including the use and administration of software tools.
• Improve and update documentation with managers.
• Identify and report technical and organizational issues promptly.
• Provide support to the Assembly and Testing & Quality Control teams.

Responsibilities

Approx. 60% of working time:

• Manage incoming goods, including unpacking, quality control, and stocking
• Prepare materials and components for production orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Accurately communicate and document all relevant information, such as quality issues or missing parts, in a timely manner

Approx. 40% of working time:

• Assemble core components and cryostats, performing both mechanical and electrical tasks in accordance with production documentation
• Follow established procedures and workflows, including the use and administration of software tools
• Improve and update documentation as required, in collaboration with your managers
• Identify and report technical and organizational issues in a timely manner
• Provide support to the Assembly and Testing & Quality Control teams as required

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a warehouse clerk, precision mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable technical field
• Professional experience in warehouse operations
• Professional experience in technical assembly
• Enjoys practical, hands-on work
• Strong sense of independence, responsibility, and reliability
• Thorough and well-structured working style
• Team-oriented mindset with good collaboration skills
• Keen attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
