Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced WMS Analyst to plan and implement WMOS configurations across facilities. You will translate operational data into actionable insights for DC staff and collaborate with business users and IT.

Responsibilities cover data elicitation, process modeling, and managing supply chain projects. You will troubleshoot WMOS-related issues and drive continuous improvement of warehouse operations across 11 facilities.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in business, logistics, engineering, IT or related field with supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of Retail WMS (Manhattan Associates Open Systems).
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements, and modifying specs.
• Proficient SQL, Excel and Word for analysis and reporting.

• Plan, execute analysis and implement future functionality usage within the WMOS product with business users and IT members
• Implement WM configurations, including locations, printers, and wave templates, and maintain the configuration log
• Troubleshoot and optimize operational processes with Operations
• Provide critical data for the business and translate it to distribution center staff
• Elicit and document requirements across multiple functional areas and identify gaps
• Document complex process models and translate user needs into business and functional requirements
• Manage supply chain projects
• Participate in functional system issue resolution, diagnose problems, troubleshoot, and develop technical solutions for WMOS-related customer problems
• Provide recommendations based on operational observations
• Maintain the functional effectiveness of WMS for 11 facilities

Requirements

• BA/BS with a major in Business, Logistics, Engineering, IT or a closely related field with Supply Chain experience
• Knowledge of Retail WMS (Manhattan Associates Open Systems)
• Understanding of modification specs, writing and reviewing
• Familiarity with constructing test requirements and test scripts
• Proficiency in SQL writing skills, Excel and Word
• Ability to provide on and off hour support for East and West Coast operations as necessary
