WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1. 1. Picking, Packing & Staging Pick assigned items against provided lists/instructions. Pack and label items clearly by event/destination and stage them in the correct loading area. Report missing, damaged or unclear items rather than substituting without approval.
2. 2. Receiving & Returns Support unloading and receipt of supplier deliveries and event returns. Move items to the correct receiving/inspection area and support quantity/identity checks. Report damage, missing labels or discrepancies promptly.
3. 3. Storage & Put-Away Place items in assigned storage locations and keep aisles/access routes clear. Follow labelling and storage standards so others can find and identify assets reliably.
4. 4. Loading & Unloading Support safe loading/unloading of vehicles and freight in the required sequence. Handle equipment carefully and use appropriate handling aids or equipment as instructed.
5. 5. Inventory Support Support cycle counts, stock checks, labelling and asset-identification activities as directed. Provide accurate physical information to the Warehouse Manager/Inventory team when discrepancies are found.
6. 6. Housekeeping & Safety Maintain clean, organised work areas and dispose/segregate waste as instructed. Follow PPE, manual-handling and equipment-use requirements and report unsafe conditions.
7. 7. Peak Event Support Work flexibly during high-volume event preparation and return periods. Prioritise urgent event work according to direction from the Warehouse / Storage Manager rather than informal requests from multiple individuals.
8. 8. Continuous Improvement Suggest practical improvements to storage, packing, labelling and daily warehouse routines based on hands-on experience.
