Qualifications

• Strong understanding of valuation, financial analysis and transaction structuring.
• Experience managing senior client relationships with founders, management teams, corporates and/or financial sponsors.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage and develop junior deal teams.
• Existing knowledge of the German and broader European technology ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional fluency in German and English.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to operate within a specialist, growth-oriented advisory platform.

Responsibilities

With an international footprint and a deeply sector-focused approach, the platform offers senior bankers the opportunity to work across the European technology ecosystem while maintaining significant responsibility for client relationships, transaction execution and business development. This is a senior hire into the Berlin office and would suit an experienced technology investment banker looking for greater ownership, visibility and the opportunity to play an important role in the continued growth of the franchise.

The Role

As a Director, you will be responsible for leading transaction execution while developing and maintaining relationships with technology companies, entrepreneurs, investors and financial sponsors across Germany and the wider European market.
