Job summary

Société Générale Insurance en Italie recrute un analyste IT junior en VIE basé à Milan pour soutenir les activités IT quotidiennes. Vous assurerez l’onboarding, la préparation des environnements et le support de premier niveau, tout en participant à des projets d’infrastructure et de réseau.

Le candidat idéal est diplômé en informatique, aime travailler en équipe et est motivé par les défis. Une première expérience est un plus et l’anglais est indispensable pour collaborer à l’international.

Qualifications

• Étudiant en informatique ou ingénierie informatique avec une forte affinité pour le travail en équipe.
• Intérêt à développer des compétences IT et à relever de nouveaux défis.
• Anglais courant requis pour les relations internationales et les projets.

Responsibilities

• Intégrer et préparer l’environnement de travail pour les nouvelles recrues.
• Gestion des équipements et des comptes (création, déconnexion)
• Support niveau 1 (HD1) et coordination avec les équipes support
• Activités d’infrastructure et réseau
• Suivi des projets d’infrastructure (SDWAN, obsolescence) et documentation réseau

Job description

Vos missions au quotidien

Activities

• Onboarding and working environment setup for newly hired colleagues
• Equipment preparation and delivery
• First login demo and training (Remote access, telephony, applications, etc)
• Leavers requests management
• Request the domain account deletion in advance
• Collect the hardware and update the hardware list to keep the inventory updated
• Manage the local IT hardware "warehouse" (allocations, orders, equipment refresh)
• Provide punctual support (HD1 - level 1) to entity users and facilitate the communication between the official support teams and the users
• Infrastructure & networking activities
• Technical requests (Networking, Support, Implementation, etc)
• Service manager relationship (Ensure the services quality)
• CAB management (Owner) - Weekly meeting
• Monthly operational infrastructural meeting
• Manage infrastructure project initiatives (SDWAN, Obsolescence, SET, global relay)
• Maintain the networking diagrams and documentation up to date (VPN, sFTP, Proxy, etc)

Soft Skills

• Understand, analyze, and formalize the requirements
• Manage the project or the initiatives with a structural and business-oriented approach
• Become accountable and able to monitor autonomously projects and activities
• Logical thinker, strong analytical skills
• Proactively communicate with all the stakeholder and between the third-party teams, partners and TPAs
• Interest in insurance business

Tech skills

• Basic knowledge about networking & infrastructure
• Basic knowledge about change and project management
• Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive)
