Société Générale Insurance en Italie renforce la zone IT et recherche un Analyste IT junior en VIE pour des activités IT transverses. Le poste est basé à Milan et implique la collaboration avec les équipes du siège et les partenaires internationaux.

Vous serez intégré(e) dès le début, participerez à des projets et développerez vos compétences IT tout en découvrant la diversité des métiers du groupe. Une expérience en assurance est appréciée et langlais est indispensable.

Formación

• Candidat(e) récemment diplômé(e) en informatique ou ingénierie informatique.
• Esprit analytique et intérêt pour le travail en équipe.
• Bon niveau danglais requis.

Responsabilidades

• Intégration et paramétrage de lenvironnement de travail pour les nouveaux entrants
• Préparation et livraison des équipements
• Formation et démonstration de premier accès (accès à distance, téléphonie, applications)
• Gestion des demandes de départ
• Création et suppression de comptes domain et mise à jour des inventaires
• Gestion du dépôt informatique et de linventaire matériel
• Support niveau 1 pour les utilisateurs et liaison avec les équipes de support
• Activités dinfrastructure et réseau et gestion des demandes techniques
• Gestion de la relation avec le service desk et suivi qualité
• Animation de CAB et réunions mensuelles dexploitation
• Conduite de projets infrastructurels (SD-WAN, obsolescence, SET, relais global)
• Maintien des schémas et documentations réseau (VPN, sFTP, Proxy)

Vos missions au quotidien

Activities

• Onboarding and working environment setup for newly hired colleagues
• Equipment preparation and delivery
• First login demo and training (Remote access, telephony, applications, etc)
• Leavers requests management
• Request the domain account deletion in advance
• Collect the hardware and update the hardware list to keep the inventory updated
• Manage the local IT hardware "warehouse" (allocations, orders, equipment refresh)
• Provide punctual support (HD1 - level 1) to entity users and facilitate the communication between the official support teams and the users
• Infrastructure & networking activities
• Technical requests (Networking, Support, Implementation, etc)
• Service manager relationship (Ensure the services quality)
• CAB management (Owner) - Weekly meeting
• Monthly operational infrastructural meeting
• Manage infrastructure project initiatives (SDWAN, Obsolescence, SET, global relay)
• Maintain the networking diagrams and documentation up to date (VPN, sFTP, Proxy, etc)

Soft Skills

• Understand, analyze, and formalize the requirements
• Manage the project or the initiatives with a structural and business-oriented approach
• Become accountable and able to monitor autonomously projects and activities
• Logical thinker, strong analytical skills
• Proactively communicate with all the stakeholder and between the third-party teams, partners and TPAs
• Interest in insurance business

Tech skills

• Basic knowledge about networking & infrastructure
• Basic knowledge about change and project management
• Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive)

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate in computer science or computer engineering. Someone that can think analytically and with a strong affinity for teamwork, but also:

• Interested to develop IT skills

• English proficient is required
• First experience in a similar role is a plus
