A global investment bank with a strong and growing presence in the DACH region is seeking an ambitious Vice President - Investment Banking to join its expanding Frankfurt office.

Working alongside experienced Managing Directors and supporting a strong junior team, this role offers high-profile deal exposure, excellent career progression, and the chance to shape transactions from pitch to close.

Key responsibilities of the Vice President - Investment Banking:

• Act as the link between senior leadership and junior team members, ensuring smooth execution of mandates
• Lead the delivery of large-cap and cross-border M&A transactions across a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, utilities, renewables, healthcare, transport, and more
• Oversee, review, and challenge complex financial models and valuation analyses prepared by Associates and Analysts
• Drive the preparation and refinement of client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
• Provide strategic input on deal structures and execution strategies in collaboration with Managing Directors
• Mentor and develop junior bankers to ensure high-quality outputs and continued skills growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the DACH region and beyond
