Zusammenfassung

Enpal invites a Venture Development Intern (f/m/x) to join our Berlin team in Vollzeit. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements across teams, and translate needs into clear solutions, supporting strategic and operational projects.

You will document workflows, help standardize processes, and work independently in a hybrid setup with our Berlin office. We value analytical minds, fast learners, and fluency in English (German a plus).

Qualifikationen

• You are currently studying Computer Science, Data Engineering or a related field.
• You combine strong analytical thinking with an interest in understanding how businesses operate.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• You are highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• You speak fluent English; German is a plus.
• Experience with tools such as GitHub, Claude Code, SQL, Power BI or similar platforms is a plus.

What you'll bring

• You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy investigating how systems, processes, and data flows interact across an organization.
• Experience with tools such as GitHub, Claude Code, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented way, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• You are highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• You learn quickly and enjoy exploring unfamiliar topics across different business domains.
• You speak fluent English, German is a plus.
