Enpal is seeking a data-driven analyst to maintain and improve reports and dashboards in a hybrid Berlin-based role. • Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.

Your Tasks

• You will maintain and continuously improve recurring reports, providing management with clear daily and weekly updates on key developments

• You will conduct advanced data analyses, primarily using Excel, to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities across the sales funnel

• You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize internal and external processes, workflows, and operational efficiency

• You will build clear, user-friendly reports and dashboards that enable stakeholders to understand data and independently work with reporting tools

• You will support the team with recurring operational tasks, including data preparation, ad‑hoc analyses, reporting updates, and handling stakeholder requests

Your Profile

• You are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field

• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to identify patterns, derive insights, and solve business problems

• You have advanced knowledge of Excel and are comfortable working with large datasets and complex analyses

• You have a structured, detail‑oriented working style and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

• You are proactive, curious, and motivated to improve processes and contribute to operational excellence

• You have experience with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), or data visualization tools, which is a plus

• You are fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
