You will:

• sourcing and screening new internal opportunities for ZEISS
• actively support the Internal Venturing Team in all business validation processes (program management, community management, workshops, events)
• participate in the support and management of internal portfolio projects
• assist in the creation of decision templates for important decision gates
• apply and further develop existing tools & methods
• gain a comprehensive insight into ZEISS’s business and technology developments

your profile

• ongoing studies, ideally in a master’s program in the technical and/or business administration field
• very good academic performance
• relevant practical experience in the field of entrepreneurship / start-ups and/or incubators/accelerators
• Passion for innovations, new ideas and technologies
• basic knowledge in the investment and management area
• an open, independent, precise and reliable way of working
• a high degree of initiative and the ability to solve problems
• very good knowledge of English and a confident use of MS Office
