VC Stack in Heilbronn is looking for a Working Student (Investment Team / AI Founders Program) to provide crucial support to our investment team. In this role, you will assist in evaluating early-stage AI startup ideas and contribute to key operations within VC.

This position offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with founders and startups in a dynamic environment while developing your skills in venture capital. Regular presence in our Heilbronn office is essential due to the on-site nature of the AI Founders Program.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in a technical or business-related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaborative skills.
• Analytical thinking and passion for technology and startups.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic working environment.
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality required.

In this role, you will support our investment team in its collaboration with the AI Founders Program, a program run by the Campus Founders.

You will bring the VC perspective to the AI Founders Program, assist in evaluating early‑stage AI startup ideas, help define and track progress‑related milestones, and contribute to day‑to‑day VC operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment while contributing to our mission to become a leading force in the Tech VC landscape.

Tasks

• Collaborate closely with the team of the AI Founders Program at Campus Founders Heilbronn
• Pre‑evaluate promising AI startup ideas and contribute to the selection process for program participants
• Support in defining and assessing progress‑related milestones which may guide funding considerations
• Use our data‑driven scouting tool to identify and assess startup opportunities
• Support the investment team in operational, day‑to‑day VC tasks
