Zusammenfassung

VC Stack in Heilbronn is looking for a Working Student (Strategy & Communication) to support our dynamic team. You'll assist in market research, presentation preparations, and marketing strategies, gaining valuable experience in the venture capital industry.

This role requires being enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program and having excellent skills in MS Office and marketing. Proficiency in both German and English is essential, as is a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

We offer a hybrid work model, allowing flexible remote working, but regular presence in the Heilbronn office is expected.

As one of Europe’s biggest evergreen Venture Capital Funds, we are a single LP family office based in Heilbronn and Munich. Your role will involve supporting our strategy, marketing and communication efforts, working closely with a team that values empathy, mutual respect, teamwork, and passion. Tasks

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for our overall fund strategy.
• Support the team in preparing detailed and convincing slides, presentations and reports on various topics for internal and external use.
• Assist in developing and implementing LinkedIn/marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence in the VC industry.
• Collaborate with the team on social media campaigns to engage with our community and promote our mission.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably with a focus on Strategy, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or related field.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: High interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, technology and start‑ups.
• Excellent skills in MS Office and LinkedIn/marketing.
• Very good skills in German and English (speaking and writing).
• The ability to thrive in a team environment as well as function independently.
• Due to the nature of the project and its LP, we require absolute discretion and confidentiality.
