Your mission

As a Product Designer at our Education-as-a-Service (EaaS) platform you will play a pivotal role in shaping the B2B digital learning experience for our customers.

Youll be responsible for designing intuitive and high-quality user interfaces that empower learners. Your focus will be on creating seamless user-centered experiences while working cross-functionally with product engineering and business teams. What Youll Do

• Lead the design of our online educ ation and admindashboardand all related customer touchpoints
• Take end-to-end ownership of the product design lifecycle -frominitialidea through concept development to final implementation
• Develop user-centric design concepts with a strong emphasis on both User Interface (UI) and Interaction Design while contributing to and refining our existing design systems at the highest level of quality
• Fully develop and extend our UI design systems to support scalable and consistent user experiences
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including engineersandproduct managerto alignthe designwith user needs and business objectives

What You Bring

• Several years of hands-on experience in UX / UI design ideally in a B2B context or SaaS environment
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing pixel-perfect designs with high usability and aesthetics
• Deep understanding of web-based user interactions and patterns ; ideally you have experience with B2B platforms and user workflows
• Proficient in design and collaboration tools such asFigmaandMiro.
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and analytics tools such asGoogle AnalyticsAmplitude orPostHogtovalidateand improve user experiences
• A genuine interest in digital learning education and emerging techno logies - and a desire to help shape the future of learning
