Agilent Technologies Deutschland GmbH in Waldbronn near Karlsruhe is seeking a Usability Engineer to lead and evolve usability engineering across the UDC. You will plan and conduct formative and summative usability evaluations for software and hardware, collaborating with UX designers, Product Managers, and R&D to validate concepts and guide product development.

As part of a globally operating team of experienced UX designers, you establish and evolve usability engineering as a core capability for our UX team supporting laboratory software and applications. Located at our Waldbronn site near Karlsruhe, the Usability and Design Center (UDC) works with marketing, engineers, scientists, and other experts across Agilent sites worldwide.
Proactively establish and drive usability engineering across UDC and Agilent, ensuring usability evaluation is applied systematically across products and projects, building on existing foundations.
