Qualifications

• Degree in Usability Engineering, Human Factors, Psychology, UX Research, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in usability testing and user research activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive usability engineering across Agilent.
• Conduct usability evaluations aligned with ISO 9241-210.
• Translate user behavior into evidence-based findings.
