We’re looking for a curious and analytical UX researcher to help us make data driven decisions about our products.

UX Researcher

We are looking for a UX Researcher to help us understand our users’ needs and behaviors. You will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing data, and sharing your insights with our product, design, and engineering teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring that we are building products that our users love.

Gross annual compensation range: €65,000–€75,000 (depending on experience, with guaranteed annual salary reviews)

About You

You are a curious and analytical UX researcher with a passion for understanding people. You are a strong communicator and collaborator who is able to work effectively in a team. You are a creative problem-solver who is always looking for ways to improve the user experience.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX researcher
• A strong portfolio of user research projects
• Experience with a variety of user research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Experience with data analysis and synthesis
• A strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand our users’ needs and behaviors
• Analyze data and share your insights with our product, design, and engineering teams
• Help to ensure that we are building products that our users love
• Advocate for the user and ensure that their needs are met
• Contribute to our design system and help to maintain design consistency across our products
