AttaPoll Ltd is seeking a User Acquisition Lead to own and evolve the paid acquisition function across multiple markets. This senior, hands-on IC reports to the founders and manages a substantial budget, with room to grow as performance allows.
You will design testing, optimize channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliates, partner with product, engineering and data teams, and build scalable processes to improve CAC, LTV and payback while expanding in 70+ countries.
AttaPoll is a profitable, fast-growing rewards app connecting over 2 million monthly active users across 70+ countries with surveys, offers, games, and other earning opportunities.
We're looking for a User Acquisition Lead to own and build the next stage of AttaPoll's paid user acquisition function. This is initially a senior, hands‑on individual contributor role, reporting directly to the founders, with ownership of more than €1 million in annual spend and scope to increase it materially when performance supports it.
Growth here comes from efficiency, not simply budget. Our acquisition cost and payback targets are demanding, and the playbook for a typical subscription or gaming app does not map neatly to our business model. Figuring out which users, channels and markets create sustainable value, then turning those insights into a repeatable acquisition system, is a central part of the role.
Strong execution on Meta and Google matters, but we are also looking for someone resourceful in finding scalable sources of high‑quality users. Potential opportunities include rewarded and incentivised inventory, offerwalls, affiliate and CPA networks, cross‑promotion, creator‑led and UGC campaigns, referral loops, and market‑specific opportunities across the 70+ countries in which we operate.
We're looking for a builder who enjoys working directly in the accounts, designing and running tests, and following the data wherever it leads. You'll work closely with product, engineering and data teams on attribution, measurement and the acquisition‑to‑activation journey.
