Zusammenfassung

Fraunhofer IZI sucht eine/n Doktorand/in zur Erweiterung theoretischer Kenntnisse mit praktischer Forschungserfahrung. Sie arbeiten an zell- und gentherapeutischen Projekten und bearbeiten Fragestellungen in Immunonkologie sowie Infektionskrankheiten.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder medizinisches Studium mit überdurchschnittlichen Ergebnissen.
• Idealerweise nationale/internationale Projekterfahrung in der Forschung.
• Bereitschaft zu einer Doktorandenstelle und Motivation für Fraunhofer IZI kommunizieren (Motivation/Interessensgebiet).

Aufgaben

• Durchführung eigenständiger, systematischer experimenteller Arbeiten im Forschungsumfeld.
• Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie renommierten Partnern in Deutschland und international.
• Betreuen junger Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler und Wissen weitergeben.
• Aktive Mitwirkung an Projekten und Einbringung eigener Ideen in der F&E-Umgebung.

What you contribute

• You have completed a scientific university degree in the medical, technical or natural sciences with above-average results.
• Ideally, you already have experience in national or international project work in the field of research or in a research-related environment. In any case, please include a short cover letter with your application in which you explain your motivation for a doctorate with the Fraunhofer IZI. There, you can also optionally indicate whether you are particularly interested in a specific research area.
• You are able to communicate confidently in German and/or English and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team.
