Job summary

TUI Group is hiring Sales and Excursion Reps for the summer season in Germany. You will be the local expert, guiding guests to excursions and TUI Experiences while delivering engaging commentary and ensuring exceptional service from airport arrival to departure.

Earn a monthly net base of 850€ plus 400–500€ gross commission with no cap, with paid training, health insurance, and company-supported accommodations. Seasonal or permanent paths with visa and travel support are available.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests in discovering and booking excursions and TUI Experiences that perfectly match their holiday needs.
• Lead and accompany excursions, providing engaging commentary and supporting our guests along the way.
• Be the first friendly face our guests meet, welcoming them at the airport and supporting them from the moment they arrive.
• Monitor your success through sales achievements and guest feedback, celebrating the positive impact you create.
• Promote sustainability and encourage guests to make a positive impact whilst travelling.

• Flexible, adaptable and collaborative, thriving both independently and as part of a diverse team, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required by the unique needs of each destination.
• Fully conversational in Polish or Czech, plus English.
• Driving license is mandatory and you must be at least 21 years old.
