Job summary

TUI Blue in Germany is seeking a fitness instructor for the Summer 2027 season. You must hold EU citizenship and be available to live and work at one of our holiday destinations.

A recognised fitness qualification is beneficial but not mandatory, and you will deliver diverse fitness and wellbeing sessions to international guests. We offer paid development opportunities, language lessons, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• You have a positive, flexible and energetic approach to fitness and guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate groups and build rapport.
• Committed to safety and professional standards; proactive and adaptable.
• Fluent English; additional languages are beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a varied programme of group fitness, sports, pool-based and wellbeing sessions (Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training).
• Create an inclusive, motivating environment by adapting sessions to guests’ needs and abilities.
• Ensure safe delivery, complete checks, follow procedures and health and safety rules.
• Build positive relationships with guests, promote the programme and encourage participation across the hotel.
• Look after activity areas and equipment and support inventories; collaborate with hotel teams.

Job description

This position is for candidates with an EU passport who are available to live and work in one of our holiday destinations for the Summer 2027 season.

A recognised fitness, exercise to music, group exercise or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Take responsibility for safe delivery, completing the required checks and following procedures, risk assessments and health and safety rules.
• Build positive relationships with guests, promote the programme and encourage participation across the hotel.
• Look after activity areas and equipment and support accurate inventories.
• Work with your colleagues and other hotel teams and promote paid experiences such as Aerial Yoga where qualified and required.

• You speak fluent English to deliver your sessions to an international audience. Additional languages are beneficial but not mandatory.
