Tui Blue is seeking a Sales and Excursion Rep to showcase destinations, assist guests with excursions, and provide engaging experiences from arrival to departure.

You will lead excursions, promote sustainable travel, and work with international guests. A dynamic, people-centered role with opportunities for growth and seasonal or permanent contracts.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at events/excursions.
• Ability to learn about local destinations and sustainability.
• Valid driving license and age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Promote and book excursions and TUI Experiences.
• Lead and accompany excursions with engaging commentary.
• Welcome guests at the airport and assist from arrival.
• Monitor sales and guest feedback to improve outcomes.
• Support sustainability initiatives during travel.

• Guide guests in discovering and booking excursions and TUI Experiences that perfectly match their holiday needs.
• You'll also lead and accompany excursions, providing engaging commentary and supporting our guests along the way.
• Be the first friendly face our guests meet, welcoming them at the airport and supporting them from the moment they arrive.
• Monitor your success through sales achievements and guest feedback, celebrating the positive impact you create.
• Promote sustainability and encourage guests to make a positive impact whilst travelling.

• Enthusiastic and curious about culture, travel and sustainability, with a passion for showing guests the best of our destinations.
• Eager to learn and continuously expand your knowledge of digital tools, products, destination history, culture and local attractions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Flexible, adaptable and collaborative, thriving both independently and as part of a diverse team, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required by the unique needs of each destination.
• Fully conversational in Polish or Czech, plus English.
• Driving license is mandatory and you must be at least 21 years old.
