Key Responsibilities
Depending on your background and operational needs, responsibilities may include:
Process Integration Engineering
- Develop and optimize integration flows for advanced semiconductor technologies.
- Interface with process, device, and design teams to drive yield improvements.
- Analyze electrical test and defect data to identify integration issues.
Process Engineering
- Define, control, and improve semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition).
- Drive process development for new products and technologies.
- Conduct DOEs and use statistical tools to ensure process stability and capability.
Equipment Engineering
- Install, qualify, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Partner with vendors for troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Monitor tool performance and lead equipment upgrades or retrofits.
Job Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Germany.
- Fluency in German, English, and Chinese (both spoken and written).
- Willing to travel to Taiwan for on‑job training.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Exposure to multicultural teams or international projects.
- Experience in a high‑volume semiconductor fab or R&D facility is a plus.
- Personal attributes: self‑starter, highly organized, result‑driven, able to work independently and operate under pressure, flexibility in a dynamic start‑up environment, open‑minded, curious, ready to learn every day.
Training and Onboarding
- Onboarding starts 1st of October 2025.
- Willingness to spend a minimum of 12 months in Taiwan for training.
