As Transport Operations Manager, you’ll own live transports from assignment to proofof delivery. You’ll solve exceptions without losing the details, keep every party informed, and turnrecurring friction into better processes and product decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Own the day-to-day execution of vehicle transports from carrier assignment through delivery
• Coordinate pickup requirements, delivery windows, documents, and status updates with customers andcarriers

• Confidence managing several live cases at once while keeping records precise

• A practical understanding of priorities, escalation, and customer impact
• Fluency in German and strong working English
• Based in Germany or willing to relocate

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in vehicle logistics, road freight, automotive operations, or a managed marketplace
• Experience working directly with transport carriers and drivers
• Confidence with transport management systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, or SQL
