Purpose of the Position / Responsibilities

The purpose of this position is to ensure the legally compliant, efficient, and timely execution of all customs-related processes within transit and customs procedure operations. The role is responsible for preparing and reviewing customs declarations for customs and transit procedures, ensuring the correct and complete documentation of transit movements, and maintaining compliance with all applicable customs regulations.

In addition, the position involves communication and coordination with customers, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, transparent, and traceable transit processing across international supply chains.

Areas of Responsibility

Transit & Customs Operations

• Preparation and submission of transit documents and customs declarations for customs and transit procedures
• Review of goods, transport, and customs documentation required for transit processing
• Preparation of work instructions for transit processing, including all required supporting documents
