Job summary

Hager Energy is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead strategic initiatives and shape the future operating model across the Energy Management organization. You will work with senior leadership to align stakeholders and drive complex transformation programs in a multi-entity environment.

The role demands hands-on program management, strong governance, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans within an international setting.

We are looking for our futur Transformation manager Energy Management based in Saverne or Obernai or Paris (France), or in Blieskastel or Osnabruck (Germany)for a permanent contract.

Context:

As part of the continued growth and transformation of our Energy Management Business Unit, we are looking for a Transformation Manager to support the integration and evolution of our organization. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the future operating model, aligning stakeholders and driving strategic transformation initiatives across multiple entities.
