Hager Energy is seeking a Transformation Manager to drive the integration and evolution of our Energy Management organization across multiple entities. You will define the future operating model, align stakeholders and translate strategy into actionable programs in a multinational setting.

Based in Saverne, Obernai or Paris (France), or in Blieskastel or Osnabrück (Germany) with a permanent contract, you will collaborate with senior leadership to shape the future and unlock group-wide

We are looking for our futur Transformation manager Energy Management based in Saverne or Obernai or Paris (France), or in Blieskastel or Osnabruck (Germany) for a permanent contract.

Context

As part of the continued growth and transformation of our Energy Management Business Unit, we are looking for a Transformation Manager to support the integration and evolution of our organization. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the future operating model, aligning stakeholders and driving strategic transformation initiatives across multiple entities.
