Eight Advisory is expanding its Frankfurt and Munich Transaction Services team, seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence engagements. You will be the primary client contact, supervise deliverables, and guide junior staff on complex transactions across borders.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least four years in financial due diligence, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum four years of relevant professional experience in financial due diligence.
• Fluent in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Eagerness to work on cross border assignments.

Aufgaben

• Performing financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses and identifying issues that may be of relevance and could have an impact on the transaction.
• Identifying and understanding the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce.
• You will be responsible for the day to day management of engagements and act as the main point of contact for clients in this process;
• You will manage the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with the different stakeholders;
• Steering and providing guidance to team members
• Active contribution to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership is expected and encouraged

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services team in Frankfurt and Munich as a Manager / Senior Manager.

Job requirements

In this role, you will work with senior experts in the field of transaction services:

Performing financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses and identifying issues that may be of relevance and could have an impact on the transaction

Identifying and understanding the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce

To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Manager/Senior Manager to have :

A Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics

Minimum four years of relevant professional experience in financial due diligence

Fluent in MS Office (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)

Financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge are considered as a prerequisite as well as giving meaning to the numbers and translate this into a well-structured report

Ability to identify key operational performance drivers, cash flow forecasting, and flexibility to support clients with a broad array of issues

An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects

A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner

Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player

Fluency in German and English
