Zusammenfassung

DocuWare is seeking a Training Specialist (m/f/d) to empower our sales teams and partners across the globe. You will design modern learning programs, deliver engaging training experiences, and help implement DocuWare solutions for customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop materials, and lead demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, to strengthen the success of our sales ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Education, Engineering, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to adapt content to different audiences with clarity.
• Experience in training, enablement, or technical support preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM, and presentation tools; comfortable delivering in-person and virtual sessions.
• Solid understanding of customer journey and sales processes.
• Ability to translate business processes into digital workflows.
• Experience with DocuWare or document management is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Independent, international team experience, strong networking skills.

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs for our sales teams and partners.

• Create, update, and improve training programs based on business needs and objectives.
• Develop and maintain training materials including content, e-learning, assessments, and certifications.
• Collaborate with sales teams, partners, and stakeholders to align training content with business needs.
• Support creation and enhancement of product demonstrations for our teams and partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert in meetings, workshops, and events on sales and product topics.
• Identify opportunities to improve training offerings and contribute new ideas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs for our sales teams and partners, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.
• You design modern training concepts and define appropriate methodologies and instructional approaches to enable sustainable knowledge transfer.
• You create, update, and continuously improve training programs based on business requirements and learning objectives.
• You develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including course content, e-learning modules, assessments, and certification programs.
• You collaborate closely with sales teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align training content with business needs and audience expectations.
• You support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of product demonstrations for our sales teams and partners.
• You act as a subject matter expert in meetings, workshops, and events, providing guidance on sales and product-related topics.
• You identify opportunities to improve existing training offerings and actively contribute new ideas to enhance our learning and enablement programs.

What you need to succeed

• You hold a degree in Education, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or have gained equivalent qualifications through relevant professional experience.
• You are skilled at adapting to different audiences and levels of expertise, delivering content in a clear, practical, and impactful way.
• You have ideally gained experience in training, enablement, learning & development, or technical support.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and modern presentation and collaboration tools, and you are confident delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• You have a solid understanding of the customer journey, sales processes, and common sales methodologies such as SPIN.
• You possess a strong understanding of business processes and their translation into digital workflows, and you can quickly familiarize yourself with complex software solutions.
• Experience with DocuWare or other document management solutions is an advantage.
• You are fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You work independently, thrive in international team environments, and bring strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
