You will also can explore areas such as content quality and gamification, including innovative concepts like Super Editors, and contribute to cross-departmental initiatives that bring together Internal Communications, IT, Operations and external partners.

You will explore how generative and agentic AI are reshaping both the way our colleagues work and the way they discover, access and consume content and services. This includes emerging disciplines such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and new approaches to making information and services more relevant, accessible and engaging.
