Job summary

PLAZA Hotelgroup is seeking a trainee hotel management assistant to support reception and reservations, assist in selling accommodations and services, and help organize events and guest experiences.

You will participate in diverse training programs, with opportunities for exchange to other locations and career development within the PLAZA Hotelgroup and Best Western partnership.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma is required.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm encouraged.
• Initiative, flexibility and willingness to work weekends/holidays expected.
• Strong guest and service orientation is essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are needed.
• MS Office skills are expected; English is advantageous.

• Organize reception and reservations areas.

• Plan events: organize and cost calculate.
