Teoresi Group seeks a Train Control Engineer to strengthen its railway engineering team in Mannheim, Germany. You will develop and integrate TCMS software on customer platforms, ensuring compliance with CENELEC railway safety standards and delivering certifiable solutions.

You will work across system, safety, and test teams to maintain traceability, quality, and robust software with hands-on coding in C/C++/Python.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 2+ years in railway software development.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, or Python.
• Knowledge of real-time operating systems, communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, MVB), and embedded targets.
• Understanding of railway software standards (EN 50128, EN 50657) or willingness to acquire this knowledge.
• Experience with configuration management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins).
• Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.

This role focuses on the development and integration of software for Train Control and Management Systems (TCMS) on Customer platform, ensuring compliance with CENELEC railway safety standards. The position combines hands-on software development with close collaboration across system, safety, and test teams to deliver reliable and certifiable solutions.
