Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Track Lead - Wireless Networking (L3) to own advanced wireless engineering, RF optimization, WLAN architecture support, and governance of Cisco and Aruba Wireless environments in Germany.

You will serve as the highest technical escalation point for enterprise LAN, drive lifecycle management, automation, and major incident resolution while guiding RCA, capacity planning, and security/compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of LAN engineering experience.
• Experience with Cisco and Aruba wireless environments.
• Proven capability in handling major incidents and advanced troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with network automation and Python scripting is a plus.
• CCNP Enterprise or Aruba ACNP is preferred.

Responsibilities
