Job summary

Talantir in Germany is seeking an L2 Network resource to provide hands-on troubleshooting across enterprise LAN, WAN and WLAN environments. The role requires configuring routers and switches, supporting DC and distributed sites, and delivering 24x7 NOC coverage for a global client base.

You will work with F5/Citrix and Cisco devices, have knowledge of SD-WAN and MPLS, and handle IPsec/VPN, DHCP/DNS/IPAM, and QoS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-4 years of network administration experience in Linux/Windows.
• Solid knowledge of IP networking fundamentals.

JD for L2 Network LAN, WAN & WLAN resource: Hands on troubleshooting experience in Enterprise LAN(DC & Ent), WAN and WLAN environment.Knowledge of server Load balancer (F5/ Citrix /cisco)Knowledge of SDWAN(viptela/Silverpeak/Velo Cloud/Meraki etc)Knowledge of Aruba/Cisco/Meraki- WirelessKnowledge of MPLS, DMVPN and QOS .Knowledge of DHCP, DNS & IPAM.knowledge /troubleshoot on IPsec, VPNs, GRE , NAT/PAT over various platformTechnical expertise with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP & ISIS).Technical expertise with Switching (VLAN, Trunking , Dot1.X, Various flavors of STP, HSRP,VRRP, VTP).Remote management and monitoring of Network operations24x7 NOC support to large global client that have distributed DC, LAN, WAN & WLAN setup. Level 1 and Level 2 support for incident /change management ticket resolution.Planning and perform upgrade of network devicesWork with HW/SF vendors to resolve problems.
