Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with logistics, materials management or tool management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and standard MS Office applications.
• Good understanding of warehouse, procurement and materials management processes.
• Very good written and spoken German skills.

Aufgaben

• You will manage and organize tools, C-parts and spare parts—from storage to inventory control.
• You’ll process incoming and outgoing goods and handle transactions and ordering processes in the ERP system.
• You monitor orders, delivery dates and confirmations, and coordinate tool regrinding and automated tooling systems.
• You handle tool complaints, manage batch approvals, and maintain material master data.
• You’ll support production, mentor trainees in the tool issuance area, and collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics and suppliers.
• You assist with packaging and shipping of parts, and with projects involving external logistics providers.
