You will work with ERP to maintain BOMs, work plans and work steps, and you will prepare cost estimates based on customer specifications, ensuring EN 9100 quality compliance. You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Purchasing, participate in production planning meetings, and coordinate communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

What YouAll Do

• You will manage and optimize workflows in the manufacturing process
• You create and maintain production master data in the ERP system (e.g., bills of materials, work plans, work steps)
• You actively contribute to the analysis and optimization of production costs
• You create purchasing specifications in close coordination with Engineering, Sales, and Purchasing
• You participate in production planning meetings and ensure a smooth flow of information
• You serve as the point of contact for customers during the manufacturing process and coordinate communication with Sales
• You prepare quotes and cost estimates based on customer specifications
• You will implement and oversee tool management
• You ensure the availability of materials, tools, and fixtures
• You ensure compliance with quality requirements (e.g., in accordance with EN 9100)
• You will handle scheduling for quality assurance
• You will also manage the work planning and purchasing departments when needed
