Zusammenfassung

AERO HighProfessionals GmbH in Stade seeks a Tooling Engineer to design jigs, tools, and manufacturing aids for demanding processes. You will coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers, and quality to ensure precise handover and final approval.

The role requires 3 years of tooling or manufacturing engineering experience, strong CATIA/3DX skills, and fluent German and English. Travel ~2–3 times yearly; 35-hour work week; unlimited contract and competitive package offered.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualification with practical experience in design, manufacturing, or production.
• 3 years of professional experience, ideally in tooling, tool development, or manufacturing engineering.
• Good knowledge of CATIA, 3DX, or comparable design environments.
• Experience in supplier management, supplier coordination, and technical collaboration with external partners.
• Practical experience in project management, requirements management, and structured design planning.
• Strong understanding of process analysis, manufacturing optimization, and the implementation of technical solutions.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Full-time position with a 35-hour work week.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel (approximately two to three trips per year).
• Strong organizational skills, high self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Initial experience with Click'n Buy and Google Workspace is considered an advantage.

Aufgaben
