A multinational pharmaceutical company in Munich is seeking a Third Party Engagement & Project Specialist to manage third-party engagement processes and support project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in a multinational setting, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating vendor management, and providing administrative support for brand teams. Excellent communication skills in English and German are required.
Job Summary
The Third Party Engagement & Project Specialist supports the Business Unit by managing third-party engagement processes and coordinating cross-functional projects. This role ensures compliance with internal and external regulations while enhancing operational efficiency through structured coordination, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
The position also provides organizational and logistical support to the Brand Teams, including meeting coordination, congress planning, and vendor management. Additionally, the role oversees web shop operations and supports the execution of marketing and sales activities across the business unit.
