Telesales Support - Customer Support (m/f/d)
As Telesales Support (m/f/d) - Customer Support, you will support one of our clients through Meyer Talent Acquisition.
For our client, a rapidly growing, innovative FinTech company with a modern office in the heart of Berlin (Berlin Mitte), we are looking for motivated reinforcement for the Telesales & Support Team. Our client stands for modern financial solutions, agile working methods, and the targeted use of the latest technologies to provide their customers with the simplest way to the right consumer credit.

Responsibilities:
- Active Follow-up (Warm Leads): You contact customers who have started but not completed their loan application online or in the app. These are purely Warm Leads - no cold calling.
- Needs Analysis & Trust Building: You listen attentively, identify hurdles or open questions in the process, and create a trusting conversation atmosphere with your empathetic nature.
- Process Support: You assist customers in successfully continuing their application, answer questions about app usage, and guide them through the next steps.
- Interface to Credit Advisory: You work closely with internal credit advisors (m/f/d), prepare qualified inquiries, and hand them over seamlessly.
- Data Maintenance: You meticulously document conversation results and customer feedback in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Initial experience in telesales, outbound support, customer service, or telephone sales (e.g., through internships or part-time jobs) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Communication & Empathy: You excel in active listening, possess strong sensitivity, and can quickly build trust over the phone.
- Sales Affinity: A high service and solution orientation combined with the joy of guiding customers purposefully through the process.
- Work Ethic: Diligence, reliability, and a structured approach to data maintenance.
- Language & IT Skills: Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as proficiency in MS Office and common tools.
- Availability: You can work at least 20 hours per week and are willing to work on-site at the office in Berlin Mitte.
