Zusammenfassung

reesmarx is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to become the technical expert for Germany in the premium HVAC diagnostics space. You will deliver hands-on training to distributors, contractors and training centres, and support the sales team with demonstrations, events and launches.

Based in Germany, you will tailor content for the German market, build education partnerships, recruit and support an ambassador network, and represent the company at trade shows across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Experience within HVAC/R or related technical hardware industries.
• Experience delivering technical training or customer presentations.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical learning.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and distributors.
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel ~50% across Germany.

We're looking for a Technical Training Specialist to become the technical expert for Germany. You'll work closely with the sales team to deliver engaging technical training, support customers and distributors, and help grow the company's education partnerships across the region.

What you'll do:

• Deliver hands‑on technical product training to distributors, contractors, training centres and HVAC professionals
• Support the sales team with customer demonstrations, technical events and product launches
• Create and tailor technical training content for the German market
• Build relationships with education partners and develop new training opportunities
• Recruit and support the Ambassador network across Germany
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and customer events

What you bring:

• Experience within HVAC/R, professional tools, test & measurement or another technical hardware industry
• Experience delivering technical training, product demonstrations or customer presentations
• Confident presenting to groups and translating technical concepts into practical learning
• Strong relationship‑building skills with customers, distributors and technical partners
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel approximately 50% across Germany
