Zusammenfassung

Siemens invites you to join our Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation team to train international teams and customers on power system protection.

You will develop curricula, deliver hands-on workshops under critical conditions, and advise on operations while collaborating with R&D to integrate new technologies. Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in electrification, power transmission and distribution.
• Know-how of SIPROTEC V/5/4 is a plus.
• Strong German and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel.

• You develop and deliver advanced training about power system protection and provide practical, hands‑on training under critical conditions.
• You support and coach customers and internal teams about topics related to power system protection and act as an advisor on operations to cover their needs and requirements.
• You create a sustainable curriculum and develop trainings programs for our customers.
• You facilitate workshops and simulations in technical operations.
• You support the development and improvement of scenarios, tools, simulations and frameworks for future-ready operational performance.
• You are part of R&D initiatives to integrate new technologies and evolving industry needs into our solutions.

• You possess the drive to empower and engage your environment, and you are an individual who can optimally adapt to diverse target groups.
• You have several years of experience in electrification, power transmission and distribution, power system protection and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field; Previous knowledge of SIPROTEC V, SIPROTEC 5 and/or SIPROTEC 4 is a plus.
• You have analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• You have advanced level of German and English.
• Willingness to travel and strong communication and interpersonal skills complete your profile.
