Technical Support engineers at Crestron are the primary technical resource for our customers and partners. They guide customers through installation, configuration, and commissioning of Crestron solutions, and identify reliable solutions for technical issues arising during this process.

The role offers a dynamic, international environment and full training during the initial months, with a path focused on individual development.

Qualifikationen

• Interested in home and building automation.
• Passion for technology, IT, networking, A/V, and programming.
• You have very good communication skills in German and English (any other language can be a plus).
• You are hands on, problem solving and have an analytical mindset.
• Experience with any programming language is a plus.
• Team player.

Technical Support engineers at Crestron are the primary technical resource for our customers and partners. They are responsible for actively guiding our customers through the installation, configuration, and commissioning of their Crestron solutions. Technical Support engineers are able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues that arise during this process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

• Providing high level of business-to-business support and guidance to our customers and partners, both on a hardware and a software level.
