Zusammenfassung

TecAlliance is seeking a skilled CNC Miller / Machinist to join its Cologne-area production team in the Dutch high-tech and semiconductor industry. You will program, set up and operate multi-axis machines delivering high-precision metal components for critical applications.

Experience with 5-axis machining is preferred; 3-/4-axis experience is welcome. Proficiency in Fanuc or Heidenhain controls and ability to read technical drawings are essential for maintaining tight tolerances and quality

Qualifikationen

• Advanced English required.
• Experience with CNC milling.
• Experience with metal machining is a hard requirement.
• Experience with 5-axis machining is highly preferred.
• Experience with 4-axis or 3-axis machining is also welcome.
• Experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls is highly preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to work with extremely tight tolerances.
• Experience in high-tech, precision engineering or semiconductor production is advantageous.
• Wood machining experience alone is not sufficient for this position.

Because of the extremely high precision and strict quality standards in this industry, our client is looking for skilled CNC professionals with experience in metal machining.

DESCRIPTION

As a CNC Miller / CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for machining complex metal components with very tight tolerances. You will work with advanced CNC milling machines and contribute to the production of high-quality parts used in the high-tech and semiconductor sector.

Experience with 5-axis CNC milling is preferred, but we also have opportunities for candidates with 4-axis or 3-axis milling experience.

The candidate needs to have a valid residence permit in the Netherlands or should be a citizen of European Union.
