We are a young engineering service provider with a start-up spirit, developing customized mechatronic solutions for major industrial clients. A large part of our work involves in-house development. To support our engineers, we are looking for a hands‑on team member to take over hardware-related tasks and manage our workshop.

Responsibilities

• Build test benches, measurement setups, and housing components
• Solder electronic components
• Support technical test field activities
• Operate and maintain FDM printers and 3-axis CNC milling machines
• Manage inventory and workshop area

Must Have

• Professional experience in a technical workshop environment
• Proactive, self‑driven, and able to take responsibility
• Skilled with tools and eager to learn new technologies
• Valid work permit for Germany

Nice to have

• Experience with electronics tinkering (e.g., soldering, small circuits)
• Familiarity with construction profiles (e.g., item or similar modular systems)
• Familiarity with 3d printing and 3d design
• Experience with inventory management
