SANY Europe seeks a Technical / Strategical Procurement Specialist to develop and manage European procurement for construction machinery components, including engines and related parts.

The role focuses on supplier network expansion, compliance with SANY procurement processes, and cross-cultural negotiations; requires SAP HANA, advanced Excel, and bilingual English/German. Overseas experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in SAP HANA and advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equal in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2 or 3 years )in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of European supplier markets and sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, compliance standards, and contract management.
• Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent) and German.
• Overseas work experience and strong cross-cultural communication skills are highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage procurement resources for construction machinery components across Europe, including engines, pumps, valves, and related parts.
• Establish, expand, and optimize local European sourcing channels, including attachments and customized components networks.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with SANY Group’s commercial procurement processes and internal compliance requirements.
• Take part in commercial negotiations with European suppliers, effectively controlling procurement costs while ensuring product quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Use SAP HANA and Microsoft Office for daily procurement tasks, data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.

• Establish, expand, and optimize local sourcing channels in Europe, including attachments and customized components supplier networks.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with SANY Group’s commercial procurement processes and internal compliance requirements.
• Take part in commercial negotiations with European suppliers, effectively controlling procurement costs while ensuring product quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Utilize SAP HANA and Microsoft Office for procurement daily business ,data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
